TPP Talks Provide New Chance for Japan to Refresh its “Brand”

I often worry about Japan’s “brand image” internationally, and keep hoping that it will somehow participate more proactively in the global economy. With China having overtaken Japan last year as the world’s “second largest economy” and moves being made to further integrate Asia-Pacific regional economies, my concern grows even greater.
